From Cape Town take the N1 onto Marine Dr. Follow Marine into Otto Du Plessis Rd , through Milnerton. When you reach Table View turn left into Marine Dr, follow into Beach Rd and turn left into Sir David Baird Rd. Follow that directly into Stadler Rd and you'll find The Windrose at n.41 on the left hand side.
